RSA Guest - Indemnity

On behalf of my companions and myself (hunters and non-hunters), the undersigned, I do hereby indemnify the directors and staff of Klipren Beleggins (Pty), Nkwali Eco Safaris, Neil Venter Safaris and all or any of their associate companies, organizations or persons acting for, through or on its behalf (the "Safari Leaders"), against any loss or damage whatsoever occurred directly or indirectly by delays, sickness, injury, death, loss or damage to property for whatever reason and from whatever source, whether occasioned by negligence or not, or any expenses arising there from, which any of the tourists, hunters or non-hunters may suffer while with the Safari Leaders or while under its control or custody. Although we take every precaution, the personal liability of the tourist, hunter and the observer, including their possessions should be insured, sufficient for their personal needs, prior to your departure by yourselves through an insurance company.
